Livensa Living has made its debut in Madrid and with a new format. The company has inaugurated its new flexible accommodation complex Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas. With this new brand, which already operates four other accommodation complexes in Málaga, San Sebastián, Valencia and Bilbao, Livensa is reaffirming its innovative flexible accommodation model in Spain.
Livensa Living’s first project in the Community of Madrid has involved an investment of more than 45 million euros. The complex is located in the Madrilenian city of Alcobendas and comprises 384 studios plus spacious common areas. The flexible residential concept is aimed at people looking for a place to stay temporarily with all the comforts of home. Stays may last from one day to several weeks or months, up to a maximum of one year (renewable), and the price includes all utilities, as well as numerous services and common spaces.
