
The Libertas 7 business group, which is listed on the Valencia Stock Exchange and is dedicated to the management of financial investments and real estate and tourism activities, ended the third quarter of 2020 with a sales portfolio of contracts and firm reservations in its real estate business of 16.9 million euros.
Nevertheless, despite this volume of activity, the Noguera family’s holding company recorded losses of 2.23 million euros during the first nine months of this year, compared to a profit of 1.5 million euros during the same period a year earlier, according to information sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). “Nevertheless” – sources at the firm point out that – “the proforma profit, which incorporates the results from the disposal of financial assets was -1.619 million euros.”
