The building will have a surface area of 27,000 square metres and will be located on a 44,100 m2 site on the Torija industrial complex. According to the property developer, Panattoni, the new building will be operational by the second half of 2021.
The warehouse will have a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ sustainable construction certificate. It will have a free height of 11 metres for storage up to six storeys high, with 40 loading docks and a functional design to streamline all its operations.
