LCI is going to move its design and visual arts campus to the 22@ district in Poblenou in January 2024. The new facilities, which will span more than 11,000 m2, will accommodate around 2,000 students following an investment of almost 35 million euros.
The future building, which will be located on the corner of Calles Álava and Sancho de Ávila and whose construction will be completed at the end of 2023, will offer the latest technologies for training in fashion, interior design, product, graphic design, animation, video games and photography. Furthermore, it will share experiences with institutions located in the 22@ district, such as the Museu del Disseny and more than 1,500 companies and start-ups linked to the media, ICTs and digital transformation. For many years now, the Poblenou district has been specially designated for innovation, creativity, design and technology.
