Lazora Awards the Construction of 370 Homes in El Cañaveral (Madrid) to San José

The construction company is going to develop 5 residential buildings and more than 43,000 m2 of land.

Lazora has awarded the development of 5 residential buildings and more than 43,000 square metres of land in this newly developed PAU in Madrid to San José Constructora. The site is located in the Vicálvaro district, which has become a focus in recent years for young people buying homes due to its more affordable prices, although those prices have grown significantly over the last two years.

In the last year, 50 projects have been under construction in the area, making it the leading district in terms of the contribution of new homes to the Spanish capital’s residential supply, according to the report entitled “Madrid from the sky” prepared by CBRE.
