The new development, located in the Entrenúcleos neighbourhood of Seville, will be built by Acciona. The works will be completed in 2024. One or two-bedroom homes will be built around an interior courtyard with landscaped areas and a communal swimming pool. The development will have a gym, children’s play area and co-working space.
The land on which it will be developed covers an area of 37,000 square metres.
