At a meeting organized by SIMAPro Home Edition, several experts from Mexico, Argentina, Spain and the United States discussed exit strategies from the pandemic crisis and the prospects for the international real estate market.
The speakers agreed that Spain, the rest of Europe and the United States of America are better prepared to continue attracting investment than Latin America, due to the speed of implementation of institutional aid, the greater legal certainty and the lesser impact of the pandemic on society.
