The building has a surface area of around 14,400 m2 on six above-ground floors, with a ceiling height of 2.90 metres and plenty of natural light.
It offers a maximum occupancy ratio of one fixed workstation for every 7 m2 of usable floor space, the equivalent of 300 fixed workstations on each standard floor, which allows for a high degree of flexibility. It also has two basement floors for parking.
Polaris is LEED Gold pre-certified and designed with biometric solutions for greater sustainability and efficiency; it will also qualify for WELL Gold certification.
Cushman & Wakefield is in charge of marketing, while b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos has designed the building.
