A LaSalle Investment Management fund has acquired the Las Mercedes retail park in Madrid. The Encore+ vehicle finalised the transaction, in which no price or seller’s identity were revealed.
The asset has 22,000 square metres of gross leasable area. It is currently leased to Bauhaus and Aldi.
The transaction was advised by Simmons & Simmons, Hollis Global and RPE for LaSalle and by Cuatrecasas and Cushman & Wakefield for the seller.
