Just two weeks after the State of Emergency was decreed in Spain to put a stop to the Covid-19 pandemic, real estate experts are clear that the hotel sector is going to be the hardest hit by this crisis.
The ban on travel until at least after Easter, together with the mandatory closure of all tourist establishments, has left hotel owners, such as chains and real estate companies, in very challenging situations that could force them to sell off establishments.
