Grupo Lar is pushing ahead with its rental housing plans. The real estate company owned by the Pereda family is working shoulder to shoulder with the French fund Primonial to develop a build-to-rent platform for 5,000 homes.
To this end, the joint venture is going to buy land and turnkey projects to add 400 homes to its portfolio during the first half of 2022, according to sources speaking to Brainsre.news.
