With this new mandate, Gentalia, a consulting firm specialising in the commercialisation and management of shopping centres and retail parks, will now manage 22 Eroski supermarkets, spanning a commercial space of around 29,000 m2 on behalf of Lar España.
The firm already manages a portfolio of hypermarkets and supermarkets comprising 30 medium and large format assets, with an aggregate surface area of 204,000 square metres. The announcement coincides with the Socimi’s decision to carry out the divestment of three of its non-strategic assets, including the Las Huertas and Txingudi centres, as well as a portfolio of 22 supermarkets, specifically, this portfolio.
