Grupo Lar has finalised a new deal in Barcelona, acquiring an 8,504-m2 plot of land, where it will build a rental development in which it will invest 21.4 million euros.
The residential development, which will consist of 75 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, will be located in Sant Adrià de Besòs and is expected to be completed and available for rent in the first half of 2024.
This development is in addition to the one the company is building in Hospitalet de Llobregat. “With this operation, we now have two projects in Barcelona and a total of 161 homes for rent. Barcelona is a highly dynamic market where we have also identified a shortage of this type of product. That is why, at Grupo Lar, we believe that it is essential to meet this demand by providing access to quality and affordable homes… that really meets the needs of our future tenants,” says Jorge Pereda, director of the residential rental area of Lar.
