LandCo, the Santander Group subsidiary specialising in land management, has announced in the 2021 accounts that it has just filed, that it is working on the promotion of various residential projects. Currently, the company has eighteen projects underway at various stages of development, comprising a total of almost 600 homes, according to Cinco Días.
Over the coming months, the entity may start work on eight more projects that would see it add another 250 residential units to its portfolio.
