Land Sales to Rise 15% This Year to Levels Close to 2019

Servihabitat estimates that it will reach 19,000 land transactions in 2021, an increase of 15% compared to last year and a return to a level close to that of 2019.

The land market ended 2020 in a relatively stable manner, recovering some of its dynamism in the last months of the year, after the first impact of Covid-19.

It is also expected that demand will be especially active in new construction, with more than t60,000 operations in 2021. Iheb Nafaa, the CEO of Servihabitat, says that “the sector’s stability allows us to face 2021 from an advantageous position.”
