Nine years after the Área Norte cooperative went into insolvency proceedings, the bankruptcy administrator has put the building rights for the VPP-2a plot in the UZ 2.4-03 sector, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), up for sale.
In total, the plot has 13,380 square metres of buildable area and the capacity for up to 167 homes in ARPO, the new neighbourhood of the Madrid municipality, according to El Confidencial.
To bid for the land, interested parties must submit their bids during June. In addition, the proposals must be presented in a sealed envelope and before a notary, according to a ruling by the 7th Commercial Court of Madrid on April 27.
