Lagoom Living, the investment vehicle formed by Otero Group and Iberian Yield Investment AB, has formalised the purchase of two new plots for the construction of 202 affordable rental homes (Build to Rent) in the Sánchez Blanca Sector of Málaga, specifically in the future residential neighbourhood of Distrito Zeta.
The buildable surface area of the two plots is 21,954.12 square metres, which together with the two plots acquired in June brings the total buildable surface area in the sector to 30,157.19 square meters for the construction of 292 homes. Investment in the project is expected to amount to approximately 58 million euros.
