LaFinca Real Estate is planning to build one of the largest golf courses in Spain. The 18-hole Championship course is going to be constructed on a plot spanning 75 hectares, in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The complex will be 6,000 meters long, almost rivalling the 6,356 meters length of the largest golf course in Spain, the Real Club Valderrama.
Next to the golf course, LaFinca is promoting Sky Villas, a development of 48 single-family homes, currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2024. Both the homes and the golf course are located 15 minutes from the center of Madrid.
