Those are some of the claims being made about the area known as La Solana de Valdebebas, a development that is due to obtain the administrative green light this September after almost 15 years in the pipeline.
Nestled in an area on the edge of Madrid capital and close to Alcobendas, next to the exclusive La Moraleja urbanisation, La Solana de Valdebebas comprises more than one million square meters of land and has a buildable surface area of 290,000 square metres.
