The property developer La Llave de Oro has completed the purchase of a plot of land in one of the new urban areas being developed in the Spanish capital: Los Ahijones.
This is the second major land operation carried out by La Llave de Oro in this area, which is included in Los Desarrollos del Sureste. Then, it acquired 225,000 m2 on which to build 600 homes. On this occasion, it has purchased around 300,000 square metres, of which approximately half will be used for residential purposes for the development of 1,350 homes.
