The Catalan Executive has reported that it has agreed to buy the land on which the Hard Rock Entertainment World macro-complex is going to be located, for 120 million euros, if the Hard Rock company agrees to take out some special insurance.
More delays for Operation BCN World. On Tuesday, the Minister of the Presidency and spokesperson for the Government, Meritxell Budó, pointed out that Cataluña’s Supreme Court of Justice (TSJC) cancelled part of the project’s urban development master plan in September, and so it must now be modified to find a new location for the green areas and facilities queried by that court.
