The assets owned by the Socimi La Finca Global Asset, which is controlled by the García-Cereceda family, ended the 2020 financial year with a valuation of 759.4 million euros. That figure represents a decline of 4% compared to the value of the portfolio one year earlier, when it amounted to 790.4 million euros, as reported by the firm to BME Growth.
In this way, after a year marked by the impact of the Covid-19 crisis, the Socimi’s portfolio has been devalued by 31 million euros, according to the estimate performed by JLL Valuations as of 31 December 2020.
