The Socimi La Finca, in which the Cereceda family and the fund Värde hold stakes, is going to propose a dividend of €9 million to be charged against the results for 2019, after closing last year with a net profit of €11.74 million, which represents a 21% increase compared to the previous year.
La Finca, which also increased its revenues by 10% to €50.63 million, is preparing a plan to minimise the impact of Covid-19, which it will present to its shareholders at the General Shareholders’ Meeting, which is scheduled for 30 June on the first call and 1 July on the second call. The dividend distribution plan also involves the allocation of €2,348,277.67 to voluntary reserves and €393,115.67 to dividend distributions.
