La Finca, the Cereceda family’s best-known project in the Madrilenian town of Pozuelo, has lowered the price of more than 90 homes from 390,000 euros, to take advantage of the final push from buyers ahead of the post-Covid decline.
The price reduction affects the smallest homes in one of the phases -LGC -. In total five hundred luxury homes are planned for the La Finca urbanization (LGC), which has been named after the initials of its founder and the patriarch of the family, Luis García Cereceda.
