The La Finca business group, owned by the García-Cereceda family, has decided to enter the residential rental management business. It will be responsible for handling the leasing procedures for investors who buy some of its high-end homes, according to reports from Expansión.
Specifically, the family holding company has launched La Finca Residencial Rental Service, a new product available to its customers which will see the company take care of finding tenants, maintaining apartments, collecting rents and providing legal advice in case of problems with rental payments.
