The Socimi La Finca, controlled by the Cereceda family, closed last year with a net profit of more than €11.7 million, up by almost 21% compared to the previous year. In 2019, the firm increased its revenues by 10.2%, to reach €50.6 million. In addition, it has announced that it is working to minimise the impact of Covid-19.
The Finca Global Asset, which is owned by Susana García Cereceda (50%), the fund Värde (38%) and Yolanda García-Cereceda (11%), will propose the distribution of a dividend amounting to €9 million to be charged against the results for 2019.
