A company linked to the Fundación La Caixa has closed the purchase of an office building in Madrid from the Socimi GMP Property.
The property located in the Ciudad Lineal district of the Spanish capital, on Calle Condesa de Venadito 1, spans 20,000 square meters over 13 floors. It is located next to the M-30 and A-2 motorways, and is surrounded by a garden area.
