Kronos has reached a partnership agreement with Spain’s housing association confederation (Concovi) to build and develop new neighbourhoods, according to the newspaper Cinco Días.
This innovative partnership means that the company, led by Saïd Hejal, will provide plots of land to 180 cooperatives. As a result, these cooperatives will have a supply of affordable housing and new neighbourhoods will be developed.
