According to the residential real estate developer, Kronos Homes will invest 48 million euros in its Blue project in Badalona (Barcelona). The 148-home complex was designed by the architects Joan Pascual and Ramón Ausió.
Specifically, the Blue project, located next to the Grog canal and the marina, comprises three buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, which stand out for their terraces and large windows. In addition, the communal areas of the complex include a swimming pool and solarium, located on the roof terraces of each of the properties.
Kronos Homes has four projects underway in Catalonia, which represents 30% of its business.
