Kronos Properties has purchased 45,000 square metres of land in Cáceres for the construction of what will be its third retail park in Spain and the first of its kind in Extremadura. The project will be carried out in two phases, the first of which will open in the spring of 2022.
The firm led by Saïd Hejal will invest €35 million in the project, which will span a commercial surface area of 25,000 square metres. Way Cáceres will be home to the main operators in the sector, alongside local operators. It will also offer a wide range of entertainment options and restaurants, including cinemas. Confirmed tenants include Decathlon, which will occupy a store spanning 3,000 square metres.
