Kronos Opens its First Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Spain

Kronos has made the leap into the retail sector with its first Way shopping centre in Dos Hermanas, a project that it has invested 65 million euros in.

WAY, the Kronos Retail development brand, has inaugurated its first commercial and entertainment space, in Dos Hermanas.

At the beginning of 2019, the property developer Kronos decided to enter the shopping centre market having focused purely on residential development until then. The company’s plan involves investing 500 million euros over the next two or three years in the construction of four or five new shopping centres that will create between 5,000 and 7,000 direct and indirect jobs.
