Kronos Homes, the residential real estate development brand owned by Kronos, has launched Park74, a 74-home complex designed by the Touza architecture studio. The project will involve an investment of 60 million euros and will generate 250 direct and indirect jobs, according to data from the company.
With this project, the firm has now invested 162 million euros in the Community of Madrid. Park74, which will be located in Torrejón de Ardoz, will comprise 74 3-bedroom single-family homes, each with a private garden.
