Kronos Real Estate Group recorded revenues of 465 million euros in 2022 and expects that figure to exceed 500 million euros in 2023. The group increased the number of home deliveries by 40% compared to 2021, with 700 new units. In this way, it now has a total portfolio of 16,000 homes, 3,200 of which are under construction and another 33 projects that are in the sales phase.
During 2023, the objective is to achieve a total portfolio of 16,500 homes in strategic areas with another 4,000 under construction, in addition to 1,200 sales.
