Kronos Homes Invests More Than €50 Million in Valladolid

The residential property developer is going to build 153 multi-family and single-family homes in the city, creating 250 jobs.

The property developer Kronos Homes has started work on the construction of its 153-home project called Nolita, in Valladolid. Designed by the architects Óscar Miguel Ares Álvarez and Gregorio Alarcia Estévez, 40% of the 72 homes that make up the first phase have already been sold. The project will involve an investment of 51 million euros and will generate 250 jobs.

The development is located in El Peral, a new area 15 minutes from the centre of Valladolid. In total, Kronos Homes is going to build 125 multi-family and 28 single-family homes on the site.
