The Kronos residential property development brand is launching two new projects in the province of Malaga. The first, Ipanema, where 146 homes will be built in two phases, will be in Mijas, while Bali, a 102-home project, also with two phases, will be built in Rincón de la Victoria.
Kronos Homes will invest 60 million euros between the two projects, creating approximately 390 direct and indirect jobs. Including these, Kronos will have a total of nine developments in Andalusia.
