The property developer Kronos Homes, one of the new real estate companies that emerged following the previous economic crash, has decided to back the new urban development of Los Ahijones, in the southeast of Madrid.
Specifically, the firm in which several foreign investors hold a stake and which is led by Saïd Hejal, has added more than 526,000 square metres of land to its portfolio, which has involved an investment of 60 million euros, according to the company. Kronos’ plans for these plots include developing some of them, with the capacity to build around 1,400 homes, and selling the remainder to third parties.
