The French group Korian has acquired the Viña del Rey retirement home, located in La Carolina (Jaén), whereby boosting the company’s activity in Andalucía. The operation is currently subject to authorisation by the competition authorities, according to El Economista.
The asset will be integrated into Seniors, a Spanish company that Korian acquired in early 2019 and that operates various retirement homes in Andalucía as well as in Valencia.
