Mirastar, KKR Real Estate’s industrial and logistics platform in Europe, is now able to launch its new turnkey project in Cataluña, having obtained the firm construction permit. It will begin construction of its turnkey asset in Constantí (Tarragona) later this month. The platform has also announced that it will continue to invest in Spain over the next year and a half.
In February 2022, Mirastar reached an agreement to acquire the turnkey project from the contractor Onilsa in the strategic location of Constantí in Tarragona. The plot spans a total area of 11,833 square metres.
