The funds KKR and Mirastar are launching a last-mile logistics warehouse in Barcelona. Renta Corporación will be responsible for the development of the project, which will require an investment of 13 million euros.
The last-mile logistics asset will span an area of 10,000 square metres, in the town of Ripollet. It is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023 and will have a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
