The King Street fund has signed a strategic alliance with Apanemi, a firm owned by Juan Velayos and Marcus Donaldson, to promote up to seven nursing homes in Spain, according to El Confidencial.
Its first project will be a complex in La Moraleja, Madrid. To this end, it has bought a 10,000-square-metre plot of land from the real estate firm Levitt. The global investment management company will spend 20 million euros in total between the purchase of the site and the construction work. The asset will be operational in 2023.
