Through its fund Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Fund II SCSp, the real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson has finalised its acquisition of the office building located at 16-18 Ulises Street in Madrid. Socimi Merlin Properties sold the asset.
The property is located in the Arturo Soria area, where several multinationals such as BNP, Allianz or AXA have their headquarters. The transaction was closed for 40 million euros, according to market sources.
The building has almost 9,600 square metres of gross leasable area. In addition, it has eight floors and was completely refurbished in 2017, when it achieved LEED GOLD certification. It has open-air communal areas, green spaces on the ground floor and 309 parking spots.
