Kefren Capital Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners have purchased a turnkey logistics platform spanning around 40,000 m2 in the Constantí Industrial Park in Tarragona from the Australian group Goodman.
Specifically, the warehouse, which is currently under construction, will be made up of four independent storage modules spanning 10,000 m2 each, with a parking area, 40 loading docks and forecourt areas for manoeuvring.
