Julius Baer Reduces its Stake in Quabit to 2.2%

The Swiss bank has reduced its stake in the property developer from 4.99% to 2.21%, and communicated its decision to the CNMV a day after Neinor's purchase of Quabit.

The Swiss group Julius Baer has reduced its stake in the listed developer from 4.99% to 2.21%, as reported by the firm to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

In this way, Julius Baer, who manages its stake in Quabit through the companies Kairos International Sicav and Kairos Pegasus Fund, has divested almost 3% of the company’s share capital.
