The Argentine director Juan Pepa, known as the architect behind the large investments made by the fund Lone Star in the Spanish real estate sector, has returned to the Spanish Stock Exchange as a Director of the Socimi Domo Activos, which specialises in rental housing.
Pepa has taken up a position on the Board of Directors of Domo Activos, which Enrique Guerra, Director General of the company, left on 7 July. Guerra alluded to “personal reasons” when he submitted his resignation, according to Vozpópuli.
