According to El Confidencial, the real estate division of the LaCaixa InmoCaixa Foundation, JP Morgan in collaboration with Therus, GMP, CBRE GI and the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore GIC are all finalists in the bid to acquire this trophy asset in central Madrid.
