A fund managed by the American bank JP Morgan has acquired a portfolio of logistics assets for 540 million euros from Mountpark Logistics. In total, there are eleven assets spread across England, France and Ireland.
All of the logistics facilities are pre-let and either recently completed or in the final phase of construction.
The investment arm JP Morgan Global Alternatives is part of JP Morgan Asset Management and has $163 billion in alternative assets under management.
