A new move in the Madrid office market. During a period with barely any activity, the investment management firm JB Capital has completed its move from the financial centre of the Spanish capital (Azca) to a new property of its own.
Specifically, the firm led by Javier Botín has left its offices next to Nuevos Ministerios and moved to an emblematic building located in the Alonso Martínez area. The new headquarters is a small palace known as the Palacio del Marqués de Ustáriz (also called Villagonzalo), an 18th-century building located in the Justicia neighbourhood, between Calles Mejía Lequerica, San Mateo, Serrano Anguita and Beneficencia.
