The Socimi Jaba I Inversiones Inmobiliarias has completed the acquisition of an office building in the San Blas Canillejas neighbourhood of Madrid from a technology company. The operation has been closed under the sale & leaseback format.
The asset in question spans 2,550 sqm, divided over four floors for offices and a ground floor with an auditorium and reception. In addition, it has 40 parking spaces. Currently, the property is partially leased to various companies including Telefónica, IBM and Bosch.
