The French Socimi Iroko Zen is buying offices in Spain. The company has completed the acquisition of a complex in the Leganés Technology Park (Madrid) from a Madrid-based family office, according to market sources speaking to Brainsre.news.
The asset is located on Calle Margarita Salas 26, in the Leganés Technology Park. It has a constructed surface area of 1,580 square metres, of which more than 1,000 m2 is dedicated to industrial activity with the remaining space being used for offices.
