Iroko Zen is continuing to invest in Spain. The French Socimi is maintaining its pace of acquisitions in Europe and is once again backing the logistics segment with the purchase of two more warehouses in Andalucía. The assets, which are both leased to Correos, have been sold for 6.5 million euros as part of a portfolio that also includes two other warehouses in France, according to Idealista News.
The location of the warehouses in Andalucía is completely strategic: one is in Huelva, to the west of Sevilla and not far from the border with Portugal, in an area with a population of approximately one million inhabitants; the other is located in Jaén, between the cities of Córdoba and Granada, in a business park that is also home to firms such as Seur, Nacex and GLS.
